Our Humble Beginnings With Latched-Key Children

Dr Ng and his wife, Dr Lui, noticed that many families at that time were very poor and due to financial needs, both parents have to work just to make ends meet. They started a simple care center with caring teachers to take care of these children who would otherwise be left alone at home without any hot meals or academic help to complete their homework

1995 – 2008

A Non – Profit Organization is Born

Dr. Ng changed his care center to be non-profit with increased funding from the government for poor families. They received a lot of academically challenged students needing counselling, social and emotional therapy and physiology care. Altogether they had 6 centers whereby Dr Ng worked hard to research ways to help them including those with mild autism.

2008 – 2015

Transition to more research

Dr. Ng became much sought after by TVs and radios for his views on education and his Learning Abilities Training. He became even more well known when the newspapers found out and published that he helped a 6-year old child who was rejected by government primary school due to low IQ of 66 (under “moron” classification). Within 4 months, Dr. Ng trained the boy and his IQ increased to 111. The boy is now topping his class in higher grade school.

2015 – Current

Completed research and launched the Neurolat program

Dr Ng launched his unique online Artificial Intelligence enhanced training program. This program works wonderfully in analysing the student’s learning abilities. It also provides an Individualised Education Program to speed train each and every student. As a meritocratic country, Singapore government adopts a high expectation system whereby it also accepts and sponsors high IQ students from other countries to compete with local students. All our children need to compete academically to succeed in school and life!

Using Dr. Ng’s training, our students learnt faster and easily to compete well against other high IQ students.
